My background spans personal loan sales, technical support, customer care, logistics and product quality assurance across financial services and subscription/retail companies. I have led recruitment and onboarding, delivered training programs, and managed performance and disciplinary processes.

I have a proven track record improving customer retention, resolving account queries, and supporting sales teams to meet targets through coaching and structured development. I also bring hands-on experience in billing, troubleshooting, dispatch coordination and reporting.
