What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can rely on my accuracy, customer support skills, and efficient teamwork—whether in shipping/receiving operations or data-focused work—while continuing to learn and handle responsibilities I can own.

I’m a Shipping and Receiving Coordinator with hands-on experience ensuring accuracy and efficiency in fast-paced fulfillment work, including managing the correctness of outgoing prescriptions and the right quantities per box. I also bring a detail-focused mindset from my academic background in psychology and research writing.

Earlier, I built strong customer-facing experience as a Senior Sales Associate, helping customers get what they wanted and improving results by highlighting product benefits and pitching ideas. I’ve also done general clerk work remotely, handling data entry and resolution of health data matching issues while making outbound calls to support customers with possible solutions.

I’m motivated by roles where accuracy, reliability, and teamwork matter—where I can keep operations running smoothly and support people effectively. I also value learning and growth, which shows in my involvement in campus workshops and my volunteer experience supporting teens with their weekly productivity submissions.
