I’m an early-career professional with experience in communication support, administrative coordination, and research across education, healthcare, technology, and public sector environments. In my current role as Agent Support Specialist at ATI Business Group, I provide real-time chat support to global travel agents across Flight Centre Travel Group products in an SLA-driven environment. I manage booking adjustments—voucher requests, pricing revisions, and best price negotiations—balancing customer satisfaction with company policies, and coordinating with internal teams and suppliers for seamless service delivery.
Previously, I served as Teaching Staff at English One, where I delivered structured communication to students and parents, tracked engagement and service performance using Salesforce CRM, and supported enrollment and retention objectives through consultations and trial sessions.
