I’m looking for a fast-paced team where I can deliver empathetic, high-volume customer support, manage cases with strong SLA focus, and collaborate cross-functionally to continuously improve customer experience and service quality.

I’m a customer-focused professional who blends fast, accurate support with strong relationship-building and cross-functional coordination. I’m proactive about solving problems, documenting cases clearly, and keeping communication empathetic and dependable.

In my current role as a Remote Customer Support Agent for an Australia-based retail energy provider, I handle 150+ customer email responses per week and consistently resolve 12+ support tickets daily while meeting SLA targets. I also complete back-office workflows such as validating account and banking information and processing 25+ refund transactions during scheduled operational workflows.

Before support, I built strong stakeholder and brand partnerships through community collaborations and brand communications in Jakarta. As Community & Collaborations Officer at Toko Kopi TUKU, I coordinated end-to-end activations, managed logistics and timelines, and represented the brand at community events to strengthen long-term partnerships.

Earlier, I led brand awareness and launch execution in multiple campaigns—collaborating with 500+ KOLs and running 15+ new product launch activations from ideation to delivery. I also supported creative and production work as a Creative liaison and Production Assistant, including script development and voice-over materials—skills I still bring to clear, engaging customer communication today.
