I’m looking for a People Analytics role where I can build workforce dashboards, attrition and workforce-planning models, and talent insights—combining research rigor with Power BI/SQL to drive leadership decisions.

I’m a People Analytics professional with a PhD in Management and 6+ years across HR, academia, and data analytics. I turn workforce data into decision-ready insights through attrition models, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
