For a live client project with DATA GUC, Abu Dhabi, I built Power BI dashboards for recruitment pipelines, workforce performance, attrition risk, and workforce costs. I also completed a capstone HR analytics workflow, cleaning workforce data in Excel, analyzing it with SQL, and presenting dashboard insights.
At ZYOIN Web Pvt Ltd, I managed end-to-end recruitment for permanent and contract roles across analytics, e-commerce, mobile applications, and internet sectors. I sourced and tracked candidates and coordinated with hiring managers on pipeline requirements.
As an Assistant Professor (Management) at College of Commerce, Kerala, I taught HRM courses and organized placement drives with corporate partners. I’ve continued my professional development in HR analytics, earning the IBM HR Analyst Professional Certificate and completing an HR Analytics with Gen AI program.
