Previously, I led corporate training at Zota Healthcare, launching an LMS, developing e-learning modules and product videos, and measuring learning effectiveness against business goals. At Aha and Apollo Pharmacies, I delivered functional, behavioural, compliance, induction, and leadership development programs.
Across more than 12 years in pharma, media, hospitality, and corporate environments, I've focused on TNA, learning design, employee development, onboarding, training metrics, and building practical learning experiences that support business outcomes.
