I’m a healthcare-focused Virtual Assistant with 9+ years of experience supporting day-to-day operations through patient coordination, documentation management, and remote administrative support. I bring a detail-oriented, highly organized approach to keeping workflows smooth and records accurate.

Since June 2017, I’ve handled email and calendar management, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups to support patient care coordination and daily operations at Shashwat Hospital & Home-Based Care in Pune. I communicate professionally across email, WhatsApp, phone calls, and Zoom, ensuring patients and teams stay aligned.

I also manage data entry and record management with strong documentation discipline—maintaining digital records, reports, and organized healthcare documentation in tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Docs, and Google Sheets. I’m comfortable with EMR/EHR handling, along with professional communication, time management, multitasking, and confidentiality.

More recently, I’ve added medical coding skills through my Medical Coding Intern experience (Aug 2025 – Feb 2026), reviewing medical documentation and working with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS.
