In call center roles, I supported farmers and customers by providing accurate product and financing information, handling inquiries and complaints, and driving first-call resolution. I also conducted outbound sales, loan verification, follow-ups, and customer engagement—promoting and upselling products to help grow revenue. Alongside this, I recorded and maintained accurate customer data in internal systems and ticketing platforms, collected feedback, and escalated complex issues for timely resolution.

Earlier in my career, I strengthened my commercial impact through business development and account growth. I sold advertising solutions by prospecting, presenting, and proposing to clients, managed and grew client accounts, and followed up on payments while resolving concerns. I also conducted market research to identify new opportunities.

After a career break supporting my family, I’m ready to re-enter the workforce and contribute with energy, organization, and empathy—especially in customer service, telesales, or virtual assistance environments.
