What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support, networking, or systems administration role where I can strengthen hands-on infrastructure skills, solve practical user issues, and continue learning new systems.

I'm currently supporting Humuza Holdings Limited by configuring network devices, maintaining connectivity, and resolving hardware and software issues across departmental systems.

I administer user accounts and access controls on Linux and Windows, install and maintain office computers and software, and document configurations to keep IT operations consistent. I also apply HTTPS and spoofing-prevention practices to support data security.

As a final-year Information Technology and Computing student at Kyambogo University and CCNA holder, I built a PHP/MySQL online vegetable sales and marketing system with role-based authentication, relational database design, and server-side validation.
