At Ministry of Health, Uganda, I provided hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting support across multiple departments, resolving workstation and application issues directly with end users.
I also assisted with network infrastructure maintenance and day-to-day cybersecurity operations, and conducted vulnerability assessments and risk analyses to identify security gaps. I contributed to documentation and reporting for formal IT security audits.
In my ongoing Enterprise Network Design Lab, I designed and built an enterprise network topology for a modeled consulting firm environment using Cisco Packet Tracer. I segmented the network into five departmental VLANs and configured redundant switching, HSRP failover, and a three-zone Cisco ASA firewall.
I diagnosed packet loss caused by ABR/HSRP reconvergence conflicts and documented a single-area design with a floating static backup route. I also produced technical documentation, including a NIST CSF 2.0 gap analysis and MITRE ATT&CK control mapping.
