What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support and secure electronic payment systems, troubleshoot reliably, and improve service uptime—while growing into broader IT, networking, and security responsibilities in a collaborative environment.

I’m a Specialist in Technical Payments, Peripheral Applications, and Electronic Banking (IT) at Stanbic Bank, handling payment systems support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for platforms like EFT, RTGS, ACH, and Mobile/Internet Banking. I monitor uptime and performance, resolve transaction failures and system errors, and coordinate upgrades, patches, and version updates to keep services running smoothly.

Before this role, I worked as a Bank Teller at Stanbic Bank, providing branch-level IT support and delivering prompt, courteous customer service. I cut down excessive turnaround time in file consolidation, and I enjoy combining technology competence with strong ethics and collaboration—qualities that also show up in my project work across cross-platform development and digital health.
