What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fast-paced customer service or operations role where I can resolve customer concerns, improve service processes, learn new skills, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

I've spent nearly five years resolving customer concerns and improving customer experience in fast-paced service operations.

At PT Shopee International Indonesia, I handled customer cases through social media, Salesforce, and in-house systems. I analyzed customer experience insights and produced reporting across logistics, payments, fraud, KPI, CSAT, and other operational metrics.

I also managed operations for a family-owned pet supplies business, coordinating nationwide orders, shipping, inventory, and records. Earlier, I supported project tenders, proposals, events, and documentation at PT. Boenga Citra Persada.
