I've led community-based initiatives at Small Projects Istanbul, Muhra, RPS MENA, and Innovation for Development, supporting refugee families, women, youth, and earthquake-affected producers. At Small Projects Istanbul, I led partnership and resource development for services reaching more than 200 refugee families.

I've managed workshops and a store led by refugee women, developed B2B connections for the Sosyal Zincir project, prepared funding proposals and donor reports, and coordinated community outreach, communications, events, volunteers, and operational teams. My work is driven by creating social impact and value through active collaboration with communities and public and private-sector stakeholders.
