I am a dynamic Senior Project Associate with over 6 years of extensive experience in humanitarian response and development initiatives. My proven expertise in project management, collaboration with diverse stakeholders, and advocacy for humanitarian responses has allowed me to successfully spearhead case management in critical projects. I am committed to leveraging my unique skills to promote excellent program execution and contribute to institutional and community development practices in line with sustainable development goals.

Currently, I lead the case management team in the earthquake response project at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), where I adeptly coordinate protection activities and aid distributions. I have cultivated and managed partnerships with governmental bodies, NGOs, and stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of response coordination. My role involves devising and evaluating service mapping, conducting needs assessments, and facilitating focus group discussions to gather essential feedback, ensuring that our initiatives are impactful and aligned with community needs.
