What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own EU- and regionally funded project delivery end-to-end, combine international representation with stakeholder coordination, and grow my impact through sustainability, education, and high-quality bilingual communications.

I’m a Project & Business Development Specialist with a track record of delivering EU-funded and regionally funded initiatives across sustainability, vocational education, and international relations. I manage the full project and event lifecycle end-to-end—from concept and budget through delivery and reporting.

At Denizli Chamber of Industry (DCI), I develop national and international project ideas, oversee application and eligibility assessments for INTERREG, Erasmus+, and LIFE, and drive implementation through closure. I also represent DCI at international forums, including two Eurochambres “Connecting European Chambers” programmes in Brussels, and coordinate high-level protocol for visiting EU delegations.

I lead cross-sector collaboration, coordinating vocational-education cooperation between 9 vocational high schools and 26 industrial firms. I independently handled DCI’s entry for the 14th World Chambers Competition (2025), where my “Future Of Denizli Lies Cleaner Production” project was named a finalist (top 4) in “Best Green Transformation Project,” including delegation travel, accommodation, and visa logistics.

Before that, I worked as a Project Manager at SWPS University in Warsaw, where I led research and coordination for an AI initiative and directed UX/interface work—contributing findings that shaped a Master’s thesis and were presented at “Social Innovation: Challenges, Solutions and Practices.” Alongside this, I’ve built bilingual communications capacity and designed institutional corporate content, visibility, and social media output across initiatives.
