Yağmur Aydemir

I co-founded Civilizatio, an independent digital media platform publishing first-person accounts from conflict-affected and politically complex regions. I lead editorial coordination, interview research, and written content on migration, human rights, and governance.

I've supported EU-funded programmes through the European Competence Institute, preparing documentation, attending coordination meetings, reviewing approximately 400–500 applications, and communicating with 30–35 active participants at once.

As an Erasmus+ trainer and facilitator, I designed and delivered non-formal education sessions for 34 participants from three countries within a €42,000 project. I also supported EU Technical Assistance projects at WYG Türkiye by coordinating supplier communication, preparing documentation, and monitoring workstream timelines.

I'm building my career in project management, international development, and grant programming, bringing experience in donor reporting, stakeholder coordination, EU-standard data management, and digital content production.
