I've led international business development and tendering at NEOS Enerji / NEOS Advisory, coordinating technical, financial, and legal inputs for consulting and infrastructure opportunities. I also contributed to the EBRD assignment on Ukraine’s Renewable Revenue Stabilisation Mechanism.
At ODTU TEKNOKENT / ODTU TTO, I managed an eight-project Horizon Europe, Horizon 2020, and ERC portfolio for Middle East Technical University, covering grant compliance, reporting, audits, budgets, and consortium coordination. Across my career, I've contributed to more than 100 proposals, tenders, and grant applications for EU institutions, IFIs, and UN programmes.
I've managed EuropeAid technical assistance for Türkiye’s SME ecosystem, coordinated work on a EUR 10 million Horizon 2020 project, and supported UNHCR programmes through monitoring, reporting, and direct interviews with refugees.
