Supported the AJAR Burma team in implementing Transitional Justice and Civil Society Resilience initiatives as part of Chiang Mai University's internship programme. Conducted stakeholder mapping, supported civil society events, and co-organized an advocacy exhibition.

Directed multi-sectoral projects in earthquake-affected areas spanning Protection, Case Management, MHPSS, and Cash-Based Interventions on a $3.8 million project. Supervised a team of 23, designed proposals, managed budgets, and collaborated with M&E teams.
