At IND Consulting, I established the organization’s first dedicated Project Management function, creating standardized workflows, governance, and reporting for 250+ employees across four countries.
I partner with executive leadership to manage 15–25 concurrent strategic initiatives, coordinate six or more departments and external partners, and prepare executive dashboards and KPI reporting for weekly leadership decisions. I also support budgeting and operational planning for initiatives totaling more than $500K annually.
I’ve led the evaluation and implementation of enterprise platforms including monday.com, HubSpot, SAP Concur, Navan, internal ticketing, and billing systems. I also directed operational coordination for the multi-year Quantum RX pharmacy management platform through beta launch.
Earlier at IND Consulting, I supported HR and administrative operations, including recruiting, onboarding, payroll support, benefits administration, employee training, and company events for a multinational organization.
