What I'm looking for

I build and run the full customer acquisition system in B2B or B2C, from finding leads and starting conversations to booking sales calls and tracking each customer back to its channel.

At Silvernova GmbH, I owned acquisition end to end under the CMO for a LegalTech SaaS. I built click-to-deal attribution that showed true CAC by channel and remains in use after my exit.

I doubled landing-page conversion from 2% to 4% with new offers and Framer pages, and set up conversion events so Meta, Google, and LinkedIn Ads could optimize for real bookings. I also booked 10+ qualified law-firm meetings a week in the first month of paid and cut Meta CPL by 36%.

As a Growth Marketing Contractor, I generated 27 sales calls in two weeks from cold outreach for VISION on a $400 outbound budget. I also built Telegram parsers, MCP, ICP lead bases, and a Bitrix24 CRM with AI agents.

I founded Dopo Agency, where I won 80+ clients and delivered 200+ music, video, and photo projects with €0 ad spend through SEO and referrals. Earlier, I produced and mixed music, sold my own creative work, and grew two VK communities through cold outreach.
