I’m an HR Generalist with 2+ years of experience supporting end-to-end HR functions across manufacturing and consulting environments. I focus on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operations to help organizations run smoothly and stay compliant.

In my Senior HR Executive (HRBP) role at Gul Ahmed Textile Mills Ltd, I managed end-to-end HR operations for 3,000+ employees across manufacturing units. I served as a primary HR contact for business leaders, advising on workforce planning, policy implementation, employee relations, and disciplinary matters while resolving grievances and ensuring labor law compliance.

Earlier, as an Associate Consultant at Sidat Hyder Morshed Associates Pvt. Ltd, I partnered with clients across banking, insurance, utilities, and manufacturing. I designed behavioral assessment centres for 306 executives, managed recruitment (screening, shortlisting, and interviewing 5–10 candidates daily), and delivered psychometric assessments and evaluation reports that supported promotion and hiring decisions.

During my HR Internship at A.A Joyland Pvt Ltd, I supported onboarding by preparing new hire documentation and coordinating orientations, while maintaining accurate HR documentation and assisting recruitment activities.
