What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a strategic HR Business Partner role where I can build on my experience in employee relations, HR operations, recruitment support, reporting, and stakeholder coordination.

I've supported HR operations and employee relations across the Local Government Department in Mardan and DOSTI Welfare Organization, serving as a liaison between staff, management, and leadership. I coordinate recruitment documentation, onboarding, personnel records, correspondence, and HR reporting to keep workplace operations running smoothly.

My background also includes administrative and data-management roles with the Health Department, Unicres, and Al-Khidmat Hospital. With an MBA in Human Resource Management and strong Excel, reporting, and stakeholder-coordination skills, I'm building toward a strategic HR Business Partner role.
