I seek HR roles where I can streamline processes, implement HR systems, support employee development, and collaborate with leadership to drive people-focused outcomes.

I am an HR-focused professional with hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and implementing paperless HR systems. I have contributed to SAP incentive and leave entries, developed procedural guidelines, and supported management to improve HR processes and employee relations.

Currently pursuing a Masters in HRM, I have practical experience as an HR Internee and HR Manager Assistant where I implemented online systems to manage data, integrated processes, and supported occupational safety and employment law initiatives. I bring strong organizational communication and technical skills in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
