What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer success, customer service, or sales role where I can build client relationships, solve concerns efficiently, coordinate with teams, and use my multilingual communication skills to create positive customer experiences.

I’ve supported customers and clients across hospitality, retail, B2C and B2B sales, and customer success. At Taskmaverick, I manage client relationships, lead client meetings, coordinate with internal teams, and follow up on requests to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Previously at Primo 360 and Watermelon Hub, I identified sales opportunities, negotiated with customers and business decision-makers, presented services confidently, and built trust to provide suitable solutions.

I also bring experience in guest reception, appointment booking, and English teaching, with fluent English, native Arabic, and intermediate French and Turkish. I value clear communication, organization, adaptability, and resolving concerns efficiently.
