I independently diagnose root causes across shared, VPS, and dedicated Linux hosting environments and write clear, custom resolution emails for US and UK customers.

I've restored websites, databases, email accounts, and file structures during customer data-loss incidents, and completed server-to-server content migrations. I troubleshoot WordPress plugin conflicts, PHP errors, .htaccess issues, database corruption, white-screen errors, and performance degradation.

I use cPanel, WHM, and Linux CLI daily for DNS, Apache, MySQL, account management, and log-level diagnostics. My email troubleshooting includes SPF, DKIM, DMARC, IP blacklisting, bounce analysis, and Exim/Postfix queue issues.

I progressed from high-volume Tier 1 chat support into a Tier 2 escalation role, building deep hosting infrastructure knowledge along the way. I also analyze recurring ticket trends and recommend documentation and process improvements to reduce repeat escalations.
