What I'm looking for

I'm looking to transition into L2/L3 Cloud Support, DevOps, or SRE roles where I can apply Linux, web infrastructure, incident management, AWS, Docker, and Bash skills to production environments.

At UnifyCX, I troubleshoot production Linux, web hosting, DNS, email, and SSL/TLS incidents across shared, VPS, and cloud-hosted environments. I use SSH, WHM/cPanel, MobaXterm, Jira, Apache, and Nginx to diagnose server failures, resolve HTTP and PHP issues, and maintain SLA compliance.

I've also delivered a production WordPress platform from domain configuration through server launch, including provisioning, MySQL setup, security hardening, SSL/TLS deployment, and post-launch performance monitoring. I'm building on AWS, Docker, and Bash skills as I move toward L2/L3 Cloud Support and DevOps/SRE work.
