I’m looking for a responsible, challenging role where I can use my Linux hosting, WordPress, and troubleshooting experience to resolve issues, support customers confidently, and keep reliability high by meeting SLAs.

I’ve worked as a Webadvisor across Tech-tier1, Tech-tier2, and Tech-tier3 escalations, delivering tiered support with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and SLA-based resolution. I manage Linux-based hosting environments using cPanel/WHM, and I troubleshoot server, application, and mail issues through careful monitoring and root-cause analysis.

I also handle migrations and operational recovery—executing website, account, and server migrations with rsync/scp while minimizing downtime, and investigating connectivity problems using tools like netstat/ss, ping, and traceroute. With RHCSA & RHCE training (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) and security/vulnerability remediation experience, I diagnose SSL/virtual host and WordPress problems, support shared/VPS/dedicated hosting, and apply practical security measures to protect websites from malware and hacking attempts.
