What I'm looking for

I'm seeking opportunities to gain experience, contribute to a team environment, and use my administrative, customer service, patient scheduling, and relationship-management skills. I'm willing to relocate anywhere.

I'm currently supporting Advanced Family Dentistry as a Patient Recall Coordinator, conducting patient outreach, scheduling appointments, and helping reactivate former patients through consistent follow-up.

At Consumer Direct Care Network, I've learned to work effectively across Microsoft systems, Excel, Word, Power BI, Lynwood, and the state BCU. I investigate pay issues, resolve consumer-based mistakes, navigate portals, and maintain positive, professional client and customer relationships.

My background also includes flooring installation at Big Horn Flooring, where I prepared surfaces and installed carpet, vinyl, plank flooring, and cove base across residential, commercial, hospital, and surgery-center environments.

I've also supported residents as a Dietary Aide and delivered timely drive-through and lobby service as a Carl's Jr. Crew Member. I bring a smile, patience, clear communication, and a calm, respectful approach to every team environment.
