I seek an administrative or customer-facing role where I can apply scheduling, organization, and customer-service strengths within a supportive team, with steady hours, responsibility, and opportunities to grow my skills.

I am an organized administrative assistant and customer-service professional with experience managing daily scheduling, patient communications, and office operations in a dental practice. I built doctors' and hygienists' schedules for over 60 patients a day, handled phones, voicemails, insurance and financial calls, and used applications including Open Dental.

I also bring hands-on retail and bakery experience—opening and closing stores, baking and decorating orders, inventory control, POS transactions, and display design—which trained me in strict schedules, time management, and clear team communication. I graduated high school in 2023 with a 3.64 GPA and am completing an Associates Degree in Business (in progress).
