I seek a customer-facing role where I apply call center and technical troubleshooting skills, mentor teammates, grow into leadership, and contribute in a fast-paced, service-focused organization.

I am a customer service professional and Team Captain with extensive call-center and retail experience who helps teams deliver dependable service.

I guide agents with blast reports, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide how-to guidance so advisors can resolve difficult calls quickly.

I have handled inbound and outbound calls, billing and account assistance, store operations and register/money-handling duties, and I am comfortable navigating multiple monitors and databases.

I hold Basic Life Support and Food Handler certifications, am authorized to work anywhere in the U.S., and I’m eager to grow into greater responsibility in a fast-paced, service-focused role.
