At Offensive Security (OffSec), I've coordinated live instructor-led training programs end-to-end, aligning client expectations, technical instructors, timelines, and internal resources.

I built the Budget and Training Tracker from scratch, and it became the team's standard tool for more efficient Live Training operations. I've also maintained project tracking and documentation across Jira, Monday, and Confluence while supporting Project Managers and cross-functional teams.

Previously, I led and mentored 17 exam proctors in a high-stakes certification environment. I standardized workflows, managed scheduling and resource allocation to maintain full peak-period coverage, introduced a digital assignment tracker, and supported UAT and product development for the Proctoring tool.

My background also includes leading 30 people handling high-volume banking transactions and supervising banquet operations for client events. I'm actively exploring AI and LLM tools to automate workflows and strengthen operational support.
