What I'm looking for
I’m a Technical Support Analyst and Application Support Analyst with a strong background in troubleshooting, customer support, and IT systems maintenance. In my current role at JPMorganChase, I support healthcare payment systems, diagnose technical issues, and use SQL to analyze large datasets while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
I also bring hands-on experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting using Datadog and Splunk, managing issues through JIRA, and collaborating with internal teams and clients via Zoom.
