I’m seeking opportunities in Europe, open to relocation, where I can apply my technical support and troubleshooting strengths. I bring adaptability and a customer-focused approach while working in an international team (with California, United States visa sponsorship).

I’m a Technical Support Analyst and Application Support Analyst with a strong background in troubleshooting, customer support, and IT systems maintenance. In my current role at JPMorganChase, I support healthcare payment systems, diagnose technical issues, and use SQL to analyze large datasets while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

I also bring hands-on experience with performance monitoring and troubleshooting using Datadog and Splunk, managing issues through JIRA, and collaborating with internal teams and clients via Zoom. Previously, as an Apple Software Quality Engineer Intern, I supported Playgrounds version releases through testing, automated daily tests, and contributed to API/UI testing and regression testing, alongside data analysis work using Python and R.
