What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join a new IT Operations team where I can solve problems and drive progress—applying DoD-compliant asset lifecycle management, HelpDesk support, and my Secret clearance while upholding integrity and efficient teamwork.

I’m was CHAMP (IAITAM) certified IT Asset Manager 1, and I’m now searching for a new role within a new IT Operations team. I strive to make positive change, uphold a high standard of integrity, and promote healthy, efficient teamwork.

With over 3 years of combined experience in asset management, HelpDesk support, and Department of Defense compliance, I help keep systems secure and mission-ready through procurement, deployment, inventory control, and lifecycle management (including end of life and disposition/recycle). I’ve experienced using ServiceNow and OnBase, performing Tier 1-2 IT troubleshooting and escalations, and supporting Configuration Management (CM) processes with proven operational excellence; and a Secret clearance.
