I am an IT project manager and asset-management professional with extensive experience supporting large, distributed government environments. I lead cross-functional teams to deliver IT logistics, inventory control, and technical support on tight timelines.
I have managed IT property and lifecycle processes for a 5,000+ user campus, orchestrated annual physical inventories of thousands of assets, and maintained asset monitoring systems such as ServiceNow, Remedy, WASP, and Fleet Logistics System (FLS). My hands-on technical background includes imaging and configuring workstations, diagnosing and repairing hardware (drives, motherboards, power supplies, RAM, etc.), Exchange mailbox administration, cable termination (CAT3/CAT5e/CAT6) and fiber (SMF/MMF), and NOC/network troubleshooting.
