What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead financial and business operations where I can partner with executive leadership, strengthen planning and compliance, develop teams, and align resources with institutional priorities.

At Lone Star College-Online, I lead financial and business operations for a $10.4 million operating budget and more than $300,000 in supplemental funding. I partner with the Campus President and executive leadership to align resources, budget strategies, and operational decisions with institutional priorities.

I identified and strategically reallocated more than $500,000 in underutilized operating funds to advance campus priorities. I also oversee budgeting, procurement, contracts, student financial services, compliance, position management, and executive financial reporting while developing a five-person Business Office team.

Across Lone Star College campuses and grant-funded programs, I've built financial reporting tools, supported audits, managed procurement and payroll, strengthened compliance, and improved operational visibility through PeopleSoft, EPM, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
