Natasha Douglas
@natashadouglas
Early-career occupational psychology training consultant focused on wellbeing, leadership, and practical people change.
What I'm looking for
Over the years, I’ve applied myself to psychology, and occupational psychology quickly became my focus—especially training and development, people management, and change. I’m confident in my ability to assess situations through both realistic and idealistic perspectives to shape innovative, workable solutions.
As an Occupational Psychology Training Consultant at DVSA, I analysed and identified needs within training for women in leadership and used research and interpretation of key concepts to build a well-rounded programme. I consulted with staff, higher ups, and shareholders, and developed accessible resources and materials for a diverse group of trainees.
I also designed and delivered best-practice training packages aligned with BPS guidelines, including psychological safety, collaboration, and self-efficacy, working alongside a Talent Management team. When knowledge gaps appear, I adapt quickly through research and teamwork, and I’m eager to contribute my skills to support a team.
