I am a Psychology and Sociology undergraduate passionate about employee engagement, organisational development, and fostering inclusive workplace culture. My academic work includes research papers and literature reviews consistently graded 2.1 or above, demonstrating strong critical evaluation and synthesis skills.

In leadership roles I served as Vice President and Welfare Officer of a university society, organising events, recruiting 30 new members at Freshers Fair, and applying safeguarding training to create a safe environment. I have practical experience designing, conducting, and analysing research projects to inform team decision-making.

My work experience in customer-facing roles includes team member at Cineworld and waiter positions, where I developed strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities while maintaining high customer satisfaction. I am proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote) and confident with digital communication tools such as Zoom and Teams.

I bring a reliable, team-oriented approach demonstrated by volunteer commitments (Duke of Edinburgh Gold Award expeditions and 18 months volunteering at a Cancer Research charity shop) and consistent participation in group activities.
