HCPC Registered Health Psychologist improving emotional wellbeing and behaviour change.
What I'm looking for
I am an HCPC Registered Health Psychologist with extensive experience working across health, community and social care settings to improve emotional wellbeing and support behaviour change. I have delivered assessments and bespoke interventions for people with long-term conditions, children who have experienced trauma, and carers, often collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
My work includes service design, project management and training delivery — from developing community-based interventions and referral pathways to leading teaching for healthcare professionals and students. I have conducted service evaluations and systematic reviews, and I apply evidence-based approaches such as ACT, CBT principles and motivational interviewing in my practice.
I am known for strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach and a commitment to person-centred care. I advocate for vulnerable people in planning processes, develop play-based and interactive resources, and design workplace wellbeing toolkits that promote sustainable behaviour change.
