What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a Scrum-focused role where I can coach teams, strengthen Agile delivery, and turn complex business needs into clear user stories, documented processes, and measurable outcomes through analytics and continuous improvement.

I’m a Scrum Master focused on helping teams deliver better outcomes by strengthening Agile workflows, self-management, and change management. I lead and support Scrum ceremonies using the Scrum Framework, while analyzing information flow across the project lifecycle.

In my IT Business Analyst II role, I developed functional and business requirements to deliver quality products within expected timeframes. I centralized information to improve documentation and internal communications, and I partnered with development teams and product owners to keep Scrum execution aligned.

Before that, as a System Analyst, I completed in-depth business process analyses and automated manual work to increase productivity by at least 60%. I performed gap analyses and built as-is and to-be process flows using BPMN, while supporting design and development through user acceptance and technical testing.

I also bring hands-on technical and delivery experience from web development and software engineering, where I improved UX/UI, reduced bounce rate, and strengthened marketing performance.
