I’m a hospitality professional focused on reservations and operational excellence, with experience leading teams and improving guest outcomes. As Reservations Manager (2024 - Present), I’m managing 3 hotels in South Beach, Miami, USA—bringing structure, accountability, and revenue-aware decision making to daily execution.
Earlier, I served as General operational manager (2019 - 2022) at Granados hostel in Buenos Aires, where I planned, organized, and coordinated the full operation, managed a 14-person team, and implemented an environmentally sustainable hostel model. I also built and led sales & reservations operations (2018 - 2020), supported CRM/administrative workflows, and worked as a Project Analyst (2022 - 2023) for ReservAR and the Economic Observatory—so I can connect hospitality execution with program and process thinking.
