I'm looking to keep my brain stimulated and find a stable job that I can work at for years. I want to make use of my creative talents as well as my ability to express knowledge in easy to understand ways.

I have 10 years of customer service experiences, working as a Lead and as a Support Material Expert. My skills range from food service to call centers to case handling and I've done training for agents in between as well. Need art or video editing? I've got you there as well. I joined Sutherland Global as a Customer Support agent before I was laterally promoted to Support Material Expert(SME) in 2023 for the Clipboard Health program. I created multiple documents and guides for the support agents and worked with our Team Leads to educate and train agents to satisfy company QA guidelines.
