I'm looking to contribute my client relationship, sales, operations, and bespoke project coordination experience within the luxury home improvement or architectural sector.

I currently coordinate operations at Steel Door Company, supporting bespoke luxury home-improvement projects and maintaining high standards throughout the customer journey.

Previously, I prepared detailed quotations and cost estimates for bespoke worktops at Athena Worksurfaces, advised customers on products and technical requirements, and maintained CRM records and sales opportunities. At Magnet Kitchens, I supported kitchen design, personalised layouts, order processing, showroom presentation, and customer follow-up.

I enjoy building strong relationships with high-profile and high-net-worth clients, architects, designers, and property developers while solving problems proactively and delivering polished service.
