I'm a Food and Business Engineer with hands-on experience across sales, food production, quality processes, procurement, and customer service.

At Flavors to Flavor, I administered weekly production, manufactured flavors, managed finished-product and raw-material deliveries, maintained inventory, and used AspelProd and AspelSae to support production records and planning.

At BIGBANG, I support management and operations while serving U.S.-based clients by phone and email. I also manage purchasing, follow-up, and control of products requested by the sales team, with basic knowledge of import and export processes.

Previously at NETCENTER, I led front-to-back sales activities, prospecting, cold calls, package quotes, team task coordination, and KPI planning to achieve monthly goals. I'm responsible, persevering, organized, proactive, and motivated to learn and improve every day.
