I've supported operations across sales, finance, procurement, logistics, and customer service at Concept Store, coordinating deliveries, supplier follow-ups, cash-flow records, and inventory administration.

I coordinated more than 20 customer deliveries across Harare and nationwide, supported five renovation projects, and supervised installers, drivers, and delivery personnel. I was also selected to help establish and operationally launch a new Concept Store branch in Bulawayo.

From project commencement to completion, I coordinated plumbing installation for a two-storey residential construction project while maintaining operational reports and delivery records in Microsoft Excel.

Earlier at Touch Of Class, I transported staff and goods, monitored loading and unloading, maintained vehicles, and liaised with clients to provide dependable customer service.
