I'm looking to build accessible, research-informed content systems and product experiences, collaborating across teams to make complex user journeys clearer and more effective.

I've shaped content design for Yango Ads, AUTO3N, and Movistar+, building systems that connect product goals, user needs, and scalable editorial quality.

At AUTO3N, I rewrote registration and login journeys across nine screens and six email chains, cutting related support calls by roughly 80% and improving completion speed by roughly 15%. I also built a Help section that reduced inquiries by up to 70–80% and established terminology and tone-of-voice frameworks adopted across six teams.

At Yango Ads, I created writing standards, 40 individual voice profiles, and a unified style guide for a four-region content program. I use UX research, WCAG 2.2, information architecture, Figma, and AI tools including Claude, Perplexity, and ChatGPT to make complex digital products clearer.
