I've supported operations and business development at Enchant, a Gaming & AI Startup Accelerator, coordinating founders, investors, sponsors, and internal teams across startup programs, partnerships, demo days, and pitching sessions.

I prepare pitch decks, presentations, reports, and operational materials while conducting market and customer research to support startup validation and program activities. I also helped coordinate Enchant's participation in international ecosystem events, including Web Summit.

Previously, I spent nine years at Sberbank analyzing corporate financial data and risk, managing documentation, and supporting client and stakeholder communication. I bring structured thinking, careful process coordination, and experience working with large volumes of information in fast-paced international environments.
