At Encore IT Solutions, I joined as a founding leadership hire and scaled the global talent acquisition function from a 2-member operation to a 30+ member organization. Earlier, at BCforward / Elanco Healthcare, I scaled global recruitment operations from a 5-member team to a 300+ member delivery organization and helped establish an offshore PMO.
