What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead meaningful digital transformation and product initiatives where I can solve complex business problems, strengthen Agile delivery, develop people and apply AI to create practical opportunities and measurable impact.

At the Western Cape Department of Health and Wellness, I lead analysis for enterprise healthcare transformation programmes including HECTIS, MODS, PIMAN, Impulse and Supply Chain Management BI. I turn paper-, spreadsheet- and manual-driven processes into governed digital platforms that improve reporting, operations and decision-making.

Previously at Kurtosys, I was promoted to Business Analyst Team Lead within six months and led approximately fifteen analysts across international fintech projects. Through AIT Consulting, I take products from opportunity and business case through solution design, Agile delivery and commercialisation, including Skemia, Eventixx and Givio.

I bring technical grounding in software development, product strategy and data design to Business Analysis, and I care deeply about mentoring people to use technology, AI and entrepreneurship to create opportunity.
