At BMW GROUP IT HUB SOUTH AFRICA, I lead business analysis and requirements engineering for the COMS OMS Cloud Modernisation Programme. I support the design of a modern integrated platform for Bill of Material management across vehicle and motorcycle production.
For COMS, I produce user stories, acceptance criteria, process models, dataflow diagrams, and wireframes. I also facilitate workshops and work with business, product, and technical teams to align requirements with solution delivery.
On CALD, BMW’s plant calendar planning system, I analysed process, system, and data flows and authored requirements for a complex, integrated enterprise application. I also supported German business stakeholders and delivery teams with functional analysis and solution insights.
My earlier work includes modernising customer communication systems at HOLLARD INSURANCE and supporting enterprise platforms for Mercedes-Benz Australia through AGILE BRIDGE CONSULTANCY. I also founded and led FEATURE TREE CONSULTING, delivering business analysis, systems thinking, and process improvement courses.
